To Alana smiths review. You have not been into my salon since October 2014. A few weeks after my now 1 year old was born. A month ago you place a review, since your previous review was removed. You asked questions like has my vagina healed... Can you see my c section scar... And spoke about drugs in airports... So I'm sorry my staff where hard to talk too. You where rude and disgusting and none of us where rude enough to tell you to your face as its bad customer service. As to you hair you are very dark and you wanted lift ash blonde.... How can that be natural? You where happy when you left paid no problem. As pointed out to you in the phone call we have the service on camera with you checking you hair through very carefully (unlike any client I've ever seen)! So after 1 week you called for a refund.. Well no at $150 for a full head of foils toner cut and blowdry it's not expensive! But still we did a perfectly good job so I won't refund.... And how dare you to threaten myself and my staff to negative feedback if we don't refund!! The fact you have a go fund me type page to save your house from bank repossession shows anyone that you intended on not wanting to pay, or your just a lier! Also sending pornographic material to the salons mobile is a discusting and childish way to respond for not getting your way.I hope people read this and have a laugh at just how silly you are! And a windowless salon hmmm the window takes up the whole wall area? Where you on drugs? Or you just can't remember what salon your trying to have ago at?Have a great day and please leave us alone! Please no more porn we have 15 year old girls that can see that stuff and as a mother I wouldn't want them subjected to the trash you send!

i highly recommend Hair Grafx, everyone is lovely, I was thrilled with my hair and the price my jaw dropped it was a third of what I had to pay in other salons and the treatment was beautiful. Definitely a wonderful relaxing and professional service.

I had such an amazing experience with Hair Grafx!!! Tash the owner is so amazing and has been in the industry for many many years!!!! I was so impressed on my first visit that my hair never looked that amazing in many many years of visiting high end salons over the years!!! My colour was so vibrant and Bobbi Coombes who is the junior did my hair for the very first time. I would have never thought she was a junior by her professionalism, experience and knowledge that Tash has trained her in!!! My partner commented on how awesome my colour was and cut of my extensions!!! My colour lastest for 6 weeks and the only reason i needed to get it done was a present for my bday just gone. I got my roots done, colour refreshed which was a mix of magenta, shocking pink and UV pink.. looks sensational and oh by the way i finally found a salon that can recommend top quality hair extensions!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars over the last year on salons and hairdressers talking me into their tape extensions thinking they would be amazing!!! After one wash all matted up,coarse etc....i have washed mine from Hair Grafx that lovely Tash orderedin for me from her supplier and they are the total Bomb!!!!!!!!! You wont be disappointed, you will leave feeling like a supermodel with amazing sexy hair and oh the price is unbelievable!!!!!!!! You wont ever leave there breaking the bank and being scared to tell your partner how much you spent at the hairdressers!!!!! Make an appt now and you wont regret it!!!!! You will keep going back and love the staff and the warm feeling of the salon experience!!!!!!!! I love these ladies and the high end service you will get from. Junior supervised by Tash!!!!! Xxxx

Best salon ive been to ever! Not the Shop itself, Not the jazzy equipment, Not the location... The STAFF are very good and definately know their stuff. Very friendly family run business that really does make you feel like your welcome. I ordered a Ice coffee expecting a Masters Or Browns But NO i got cafe quality home made huge ice coffee with all the trimmings normally pay $5-6 in a cafe but it was $2 extra!! Service is definately all round. i will be telling everyone i know to go to Hair Grafx! Best little salon in Midland by far!

Excellent service and price

Amazing hair salon, they always get my colour great. The juniors also do a fantastic job.I've been going to this salon for a few years now, would highly recommend.
