Ive never given any company a bad review before but this time i really wasnt happy. $150 for a one time service where the info on the website stated that the service may be completed in a day or may require several visits" but no mention of charge of another $150 for the extra visit . We struggled to balance our new pool and as it was very green for that price expected it to be bought back to new but instead we have to vacumn it ourself in 4 days . There was a list of things included in the pool service and as 2 or 3 things wernt done as they couldnt be done until the pool was balanced i assumed that they would return to do that as part of the $150 i paid but they wernt available until 1 weeks time and would cost me another $150.I Will never use them again as very misleading and dont recomnend them at all. They were there a total of 24 mins as per our cctv and didnt do anything but test the pool water and add chemicals and empty the skimmer basket. There was no brushing of the pool or
