Dishonest retailer. We bought a discounted soho fire and bench to support. The bench was a Chinese import and nothing like what was in the showroom. The fire has poor airflow despite a flue being compliant with the install recommendation. The fire is already rusting after 2 weeks on install. The bench was returned. We’re seeking a warranty claim on the fire.Don’t go there. Worst experience ever despite good sales service.

Overall the experience was good, product appears to be of good quality and works well. The only dowside to the experience was the delay in receiving combustion heater for install (thankfully it was over the warmer months so wasn't a big issue for us). We were given an approximate timeframe which was well exceeded, and there was little communication about it. Communication improved around the time of install.

Great communication. The fireplace size and style they recommended was perfect for our new house, and very efficient.The installation was tricky and required some alteration of our order. The crew handled it with professionalism and enthusiasm.Staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help.

Energy Hothouse were great to deal with. They were very flexible because we had to change our installation date a few times due to our builder changing handover dates on us. When they came to install the log burner, they were professional and finished the install quickly. I'd recommend Energy Hothouse.

Was sold 12mm door rope seal (right hand side of photo) for my Blaze combustion heater when I clearly needed 15mm rope.I told them I needed 13mm (as per manual) and they automatically sold me 12mm... When I contacted them after having spent over an hour installing wrong rope and explained the situation rather than taking any form of accountability they tried charging me for a new one...I went to Bunnings found a 15mm rope seal and it's identical to what I needed (black rope in photo) These guys seriously need to learn about customer service, in Particular the owner Craig. As a Builder I will never use or recommend these guys again...All over a $13 dollar piece of rope...If they had the experience they 'claim' they have this would never have happened. Terrible experience..

good to deal with, much cheaper for the same unit elsewhere, the guys hung onto our unit as our new build was delayed for months where as some other places they can't hang onto it because of no storage space, the install guy was excellent...overall happy
