Called in there when the passenger side window refused to go up. Started pouring with rain, and about to do a long roadtrip.Jamie came out straight away a fixed it in 5 min and then insisted on not payment!Support independant businesses like this, not the big companies!

The O'Neills Gateshead team have been looking after my tyres for over 20 years. I had an issue with my car and now that I live in the Hunter Karen suggested that I have it towed to the Kurri Kurri Branch. I can't thank the guys at Kurri enough. Matt was amazing he identified the issue, explained to me what was going on and gave me options. He then went on to repair the car and give it its service, keeping me informed all the way. I was only without my vehicle for one day. Friendly, polite, professional, efficient and excellent value. Highly recommend this team. Thank you again.

I highly recommend O'neils Kurri Kurri, I have always bought tyres from them and had any tyre problems fixed. Today I took my partners car for a tyre leak, when they had it on the hoist they checked all the tyres without me asking and they found a fault in the one of the steer tyres. It's great to deal with a business that gives the old style of personal service.

Needed to get 1 new tire told me 280$ for one tire.. called up a different O’Neill and said they could do it for 120$ don’t go here, there rude and scam artists.
