We have been there previously over the last 20 years.Walked in today the place was not appealing at all.The guy taking the orders was sitting down and had ZERO customer service skillsNO smile from him AT ALL.Could not even order, the place just felt disgusting, saw the meals and they looked average at best.Hubby asked what fish in the fish and chips he said don't know". He had no idea.Would not recommend.Unfortunately

They’re located in a premium location yet the place looks run down and not very appealing. No complains on food or their service. Just that they could be a good competitor to the Boat house with a good facelift and revamp.

We had the fish and chips. Poor service, food quality is not what I expected for the price. The whole meal was super oily.

Service is slow, don't know how to inform the customers of what is in the fish packs.I felt the service was shocking and all employees are lacking in training and should not be working.Sign should be updated so the customers don't need to question.Also staff need to speak up and learn customer service skills

Little fatty for and Pluto pup could hardly chew. Too be fair hate frankfurters in them. Give me the good old Kiwi sausage called a hot dog. The same as Pluto pups .much nicer

Floors gross, whole place needs thorough clean, food not much better. Fish tastes like dirt, it was revolting. Plain burger had tiny meat patty, best thing was hot chips and they werent the best chips we've had either. Unfortunately wouldnt reccommend.

The below 5 star reviews have to be fake !The worst customer service ever. Would a smile kill you? Further they charge $1.20 for a small squirt of sauce and additional 1.5% for using EFTPOS. Food is well well below average. This location deserves a well run cafe!!! I dont see this business being long term.
