Ordered a small item online. Nothing happened for 10 days. Emails to store ignored. Finally got a response from parent group after complaining. Yesterday got a message that my item has arrived"—presumably they're drop shipping / delivering from the warehouse

Service with top notch perfection…Looking for a freezer and was happy to see Betta had exactly what I was looking for. And being within the FREE delivery radius I will never look elsewhere. Ordered a new fridge at Betta online and the order was fulfilled by Fawkner store. Order placed 7pm Sunday night and Jim called me just a touch after 9am Monday morning, offering a delivery within the hour! Incredible service considering Betta online suggests 2-5 business days turnaround. Amazing service from Roger the delivery driver as well - it’s meant to be door to door with no unboxing but it wouldn’t fit through my doorway. So he unboxed it, rolled it in, and even cut up the box to make it easier for me to pop it in the recycling bin. Truly awesome from this local business.
