Stuarts Point Footbridge & Recreation Area
It’s all very new and the pontoon and wooden ramp into the water are still under construction as at August 2020. But the playground, bbqs and toilets are all finished and it’s it’s a fabulous new day use area. There is a small stage which will be great if they put on live entertainment in summer. The new car park is well organised and it looks like it should all be completed by summer.

A very cute township with a tavern, cafe, small supermarket and a lovely bridge over the river which leads to the beach.

The old bridge had character that the new bridge just doesn't. Still, a lovely, clean bridge which does the job. Low chance for splinters when barefoot
