Amazing experience. It was our first time and we did a couples float. Everything was explained prior, it was clean, relaxing and included little touches to make our experience that bit more special. Jen and all the team were really helpful. Definitely recommend city cave toowoomba.

An absolutely amazing healing experience at City Cave Toowoomba!This place is deeply relaxing from the moment you step inside. Gorgeous wafting essential oils waft in the air with low gentle lighting (which I LOVE!) and peacefully quiet.You will be greeted by a friendly, helpful team and sit in a 'chill out zone' where you can help yourself to warm, nurturing tea or cool electrolyte water.Kathryn and I enjoyed the far infrared sauna first, alternated with cold showers in a private room, followed by immersion into a private magnesium-rich pool. After a few giggles and chatter for the new experience and (toilet lid foam hats - lol) , I eventually went into a very deep state of meditation and felt my soul lift out of my body into a space of nothingness.When we finished, we were able to decompress in the chill out zone with access to complimentary skin and hair care products.This is definitely a deeply relaxing and healing experience and I will certainly be back for more.

wow.. what a fantastic experience.on greeting staff were so welcoming and lovely.. the venue has a beautiful vibe and smell.. there is a relaxing area with herbal tea or a cold drink if you prefer..theres also a station with deoderants moisturisers ..oh so much for AFTER the experience..walking into the float room is just beautiful.. a shower a candle for low light if desired..and just a calming upmarket feelthe float itself was sooooooooo relaxing..the soft music we chose was perfect..The overall experience was well above my expectations..i had the best nights sleep i can remember having in a very long time and woke up feeling so refreshed..I cannot rate this experience highly enough and fully recommend it.. I already have quite a few friends going to try this out..perfect for date night or just to treat yourself.great gift idea, too!!!thank you for this awesome experience

I was booked in for a remedial massage with Kim and was so happy with my treatment! I’ve had issues with my shoulders, neck and back for years and Kim was the first therapist that has actually “treated” me and explained why I was having the issues. Thank you Kim!!

On arrival I was created by friendly staff with lovely smiles. The area was beautifully presented and very clean. My experience was very positive. Highly recommend d if you haven’t tried floating before.
