You are told no appointment necessary. I arrived to an unattended salon with a note to say ‘back at 2:50pm’ so I sat and waited. When the attendant arrived back she said she couldn’t fit me in as she had appointments. Why make people wait if you cannot fit them in anyway? Pointless and a waste of my time.

My usual lady was busy and I desperately needed to get my brows done. Ive been here before to get a henna tattoo so I figured it wouldnt be too bad especially because it was in the Brisbane Arcade. When the lady finished, there was a big gap on my right eyebrow! Her excuse was the hair was too long and it was growing downwards. If that was the case, then could she not have cut it so it didn't leave a gaping huge and very visible hole in my eyebrow?! I wasn't offered a refund or even a discount after having complained.

I loved my service last evening. My service was done by Renu and her professionalism was exceptional. She kept me calm during a Brazilian wax and her knowledge and sensitivity to my skin was so good that I will always reccomend this place. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks to Jyoti and her team for the great service they provide. Impressed with the all round professionalism. I am lucky enough to get Jyoti to do my eyebrows every time I walk in (I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome). In fact, the whole team is lovely and that makes for a really enjoyable experience. Highly Recommended!

I had a better experience previously. However, my present experience was negative though the beautician claimed to have a long experience in the salon. Her threading and waxing services were not very professional, detailed or hygienic. I was satisfied with my eyebrows but I obviously had my requests in advance. Overall, not friendly but an okay service.

Have been getting my threading, facial, waxing and pretty much everything that I need done from these guys for over 3 years. They provide excellent service at very nominal prices. My personal recommendation is getting the facial by Rajani, she provides the treatment based on your skin and the best massage.

I had threading done today and while the shape was good, the aftercare was a bit lacking. It is the minimum to expect some aftercare considering we are paying $20 for a 5 minute service and the fallen eyebrow hair is brushed off with a brush and a gel applied after threading. Previous ladies used to always do this which is why I thought I would mention it.

Had my eyebrows and upper lip threading done by Raman. It was quick, painless and clean. Love the shape of my eyebrows!Also had a facial done. Great service! Raman gave me a lot of skin care tips and was very friendly and professional the whole time.Highly recommend the place, specially for girls with thick eyebrows like mine.
