The product quality has been dropped over the years. I have really bad experience in product delivery and quality. They have delivered wrong size of windows, missed drain holes in sliding door frames, missed fly screen latches. The window fly screen holding tabs come out of frame when you try to install these fly screens, really pain for second story windows as you cannot access from outside. Waiting for onsite service for last six months. Not worth to deal with.

Waited almost 3 months just for a quote (never received), no response from there team, waste of time. If you need windows don't go to them.

Don't listen to your builder if they recommend these doors. Poor design, doors don't open all the way because of handle. Only able to use key from inside. Ridiculous lead times for such a poor quality product.

Windows take forever to arrive, then arrived without the crimesafe fly screens that had been ordered 3 months earlier at the same time as the order. With the constant discussions with the company reps there is a “not our issue” attitude and a basic lack of communication from the company. Given they are meant to be the biggest window supplier in Australia you’d think they’d be top of their game rather than bottom of the heap.
