My Nail Care and Spa

I went with my partner who got his nails painted. I’ve never seen such a horrible nail paint job in my life. I told them to fix it up and they were so rude and just carried on so we just paid and left. It won’t let me post my photo but trust me it’s TERRIBLE.I didn’t get mine painted (thankgod) but I did get a pedi and scrub and the lady spent not much more than 5 mins doing it… for $40.

It's a shame about the poor reviews on here, I've been here many of times and have all been a nice experience (would only say friendliness could be improved a bit, but its no worse than every single retail store or service nowadays) and have always been happy with the end product. I keep going back even though I have moved further away. The Pedi spa is perfection :)

Don’t bother coming to this place, not worth the money and time, worst stressful experience ever. They cut through the nails and skins and they are bleeding now. They didn’t even bother to stop and clean the blood off or even apologize. Nails look like they’ve been gnawed by a rat.

The lady was rushing to do my nails last saturday afternoon, didn’t even check and make sure that it was actually dry before getting it done. It was fine when i left the salon, but the moment i got home the nails got bubbles inside and was peeling. I couldn’t go back to the salon same day because I had a party to go to. I was so devastated going to the party with ugly nails which i paid $75. I tried to come today, but they’re close as its easter monday. Hopefully they will fix this without me paying extra as it’s their fault. Goin back there tomorrow to fix it.

Very disappointing manicure and pedicure, a sloppy job with absolutely no attention to detail. My paint job is bumpy, poorly applied and unfinished on the edges, my nails have been badly shaped and look uneven. I didn't even get asked what shape I would like, they were just filed away into oval when I prefer round-square, she reshaped them and it of course left them a lot shorter in length. I have dry cuticles to start with and they look worse now than before I went to get them done, they were barely pushed back and poorly removed so they are still visible and now look ragged. The heels of my feet were given a quick scrub with very little care to actually removing the dry dead skin so they look as if I haven't had a pedicure at all. The 'salon' is dimly lit so it wasn't until I was outside in the natural light that I could see how bad my nails looked. A complete waste of money as I will have to go elsewhere to have it redone properly. My advice would be to spend a little more $$$ and go to a quality salon instead.

Poor overall service!!! Avoid!!!Disgusting customer service, the man at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming upon entry. I asked for a very simple line design (shellac polish on natural nails). Honestly my nails would have looked better if my 3 year old niece had done them. The nail salon I went too to fix them were appalled by the quality of service. When I asked to simply have the design removed the owner told me I had to pay $15 to remove the design. On top of the overpriced $75 they were already charging me for “nail art”. Bearing in mind my nails were bumpy, uneven and the lines were wonky. They wouldn’t even take off the polish free of charge bearing in mind I would be paying $85 dollars to walk out with bear nails.Incredibly rude to their customers!!! Avoid!!!

Went yestserday. They would only take cash so we took the price list and went to get cash out. Only to have the guy at the front desk increase the price! Catalogue doesn't reflect real pricing, expect to pay $10 more!My friend and I wanted to sit together as it was a Sunday and the shop wasn't full, but the man refused! What's the point of 2 women going to get our nails done if we can't sit and talk to each other!!! We were obviously having a catch up.Also there was a sign about charging an extra $5 for scraping the skin off the heels when having a pedicure! How is that cost even justified?Overall just rude and not worth it.

first time writing bad for any business but i had to, with proof. I don't want to be negative but this is the only option to aware people and to save their money from such creepy people. Asked for almond SNs but did not covered my natural nails and when i asked for, lady and other whole staff was so rude and refused to sort the issue. They already had 1.7 rating but my bad that i did not check the rating / review before visiting the shop. They removed my nails but did not done properly and left as it is. I wasted my money and also more than an hour. I was just trusting the process but was in vain. Rubbish

Do not go to this salon! Worst experience and massive waste of money. I asked for white nails with a very faint glitter look and this is what I left with. When I asked for a refund they refused. The lady was so rough to the point I was flinching away because she was hurting me, my fingers are so dried out (as you can see in the photo) Rudest staff and worst quality nails, If I could give them 0 stars I would.
