The team at VJC have provided timely, high quality advice and services to my family for several years. Their work has changed our thinking, enabling us to restructure our investment vehicles to secure our financial future all while remaining cognisant of challenging market conditions.In particular, we were recently able to purchase an investment property for a very favourable price due to Adrian highlighting a clause in the contract which was incorrectly set up - something none of the 6 other parties and their teams noticed. This clause was key to reducing the competition at auction as it was only corrected very late in the negotiations, thereby excluding a substantial buyer pool. This allowed us to buy a high quality asset we would other wise likely not have been able to acquire.I have no reservations whatsoever recommending the team at VJC and I expect to remain a happy customer for a very long time!
