I would love to give 5 stars but I’ve never had my hair washed in such a way. I thought the girl was going to scrub my head off! Gone are the days when going to the hairdressers just for the lovely head massage was a treat to look forward to. I know it’s seems to be a thing, this scrubbing, but a little bit of TLC would go a long way. And be aware that scrubbing the temple area of the skull too hard can be very dangerous !As for the haircut I was very happy and give it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I popped into Hair by Harpers on the off chance I could discuss how my hair could be made more manageable after another hairdresser didn't get what I wanted. I was immediately sat down and Joanne discussed the fine tuning that my cut really only needed eg. making both sides even and a little trim to my cut. I am so grateful Joanne made time for me and I came out so very happy and satisfied with the cut and blow dry. Such a lovely team with their kindness and understanding. I had a lovely shampoo and massage from Emma, bliss.My new hairdresser.Many thanks.See you next appointment.

A wash cut and blowdry. Best part is how easy it was to book an appointment for the next day! I generally avoid hairsalons because I never feel heard and when u ask for a trim you walk out with what the stylist thinks suite's you and a bag full of hair products you'll never use. After a few questions Sharon understood that I am super low maintence. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. I really enjoyed how chilled yet very professional the team was. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

Very well priced, the staff are lovely and know what they are doing. Remember all their customers very well, and just overall the best place I've been to thus far ^^I have never had a bad experience with them. Would travel an hour just to go here.

Fantastic little salon. They gave me a great cut, fantastic advice and helped me in my journey towards natural grey. I was extremely happy with the cut and everyone is super friendly! Will definitely be back.
