Paul gave me & my Coffee Machine good ol’ fashioned personable service. He was prompt to respond to my calls & texts & the turnaround time was extremely quick. The first morning Coffee was delicious & tasted better than it ever has done. Not only that, there were many funny little idiosyncrasies since I purchased it that were no longer there eventhough I had not told Paul about them. Paul provided an excellent service for my 13-year old Rocket. The machine has been heavily used and infrequently (never) previously serviced. He did a full strip down and rectified the long years of neglect perfectly - it is now running like new. I also appreciated his willingness to meet me in random locations to collect & return the machine.
