Hugo has been a fantastic agent when helping us with purchasing our home. He has been nothing but professional, helpful and friendly. He is very responsive, reliable and honest.

Very unprofessional & appalling service from Hugo Morvillo.I had made an offer on a property in which Hugo had led me to believe that my offer was accepted by the vendor & legally binding.On the day I had made the offer he had arranged for me to sign contracts in his office & to pay a 0.25% holding deposit, both of which I had completed. Whilst executing the contracts, in his exact wording, he noted; “I’m doing the exchange myself; nothing can happen as I have locked the vendors in & the deal is done”Lo & behold, a day after signing the contract of sale, I receive a phone call from Hugo advising that my offer is no longer valid given someone else had offered $5,000.00 more. There was a complete disregard of our verbal conversation & contract signing.Fair enough I was outbid on my offer, however, it was the misleading information that was given by Hugo upon signing the contracts that really upset me - he falsely claimed & led me to believe that the offer was accepted & locked in with the vendors. Even giving his own personal undertaking that “nothing could happen”.Not to mention that during the signing process he was very unorganised & did not provide full clarity on what documents I was signing (obviously I had my own conveyancer review the contracts given I had no understanding of what Hugo had put forward to me).Not a good home buying experience - overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency, more specifically I would not recommend using Hugo Morvillo as a selling agent due his incompetence, unprofessionalism & overall lack of care.
