THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!We purchased a second-hand Mercedes Benz AMG last year, and the left HS indicator started having an issue after 1-2 months. It took them 6months to fix the issue, and during the process, we got advice from different mechanics, they told us the car might have been an accident.After 2 months, the left HS indicator had the same issue, and then the headlight stopped working. It took them a few months to fix it again.This year, the same issue incurred, they FINALLY decided to replace the whole left HS headlight and ordered the parts from German, which took 4months (They initially told us 4 weeks, 6 weeks after, we followed them up, and they told us to wait for another month. They never followed up with us (always waited until we called up).Today, we dropped the car off to replace the left HS headlight/indicator (of course they didn't lend us the courtesy car), and now they told us they need to replace the right HS headlight/ indicator (they need to order the parts from German again, which could be another 4-6 months)The service is ridiculous, they could have replaced the whole headlight in the first place instead, they choose to fix it little by little to save the cost. Every time we tried to complain they always blame the Mercedes manufacturer, but at least they can book us a courtesy car while we are waiting for FOUR MONTH (they said it's all booked out) or some other services to make it up.Maybe you can purchase a car from them, but if your car has an issue, NEVER EXPECT THEM TO FIX PROPERLY AT ONCE.It took us a whole year going back and forth with them, and it's still going on.

I just purchased a used vehicle from here which also have a 2 year warranty. Having purchased a number of cars in the past from various dealerships and various brands, this is by far my most positive experience. From the first phone call with Sheldon he ensured communication was smooth and constant. After enquiring on a Monday, I flew to Sydney on Thursday and away I went. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided and also the car.

We bought a mercedes certified pre owned car about 2 months ago with 10000 km on it and we have had many issues with the car from the day first of picking up the car. We spent 3 days on castle hill and Sanderson dealership to repair the issues and waited 35 days to get the SOS module from overseas. One of the days when I was at dealership to do some repairs I requested to see service manager several times but he refused to see me even for 2 minuets while he was free. The service team was referring us back to sale team to ask the questions about the car issues. I was waiting the sale manager for several weeks to explain why the car has been delivered with these issues before the issues get fixed. He called and related the issues to my bad luck!! and he continued with what I am looking for with asking the questions about the issues!! I had a very bad experience with Mercedes in the last couple of months after buying this car.

Worst Benz dealer ever.Oct 2022 they took $9,000 deposit for three GLE 2023, no contract signed. I asked cars for Dec 22 but they pushed a lot earlier. They sold cars to someone else and they haven’t refunded my deposit. Worst Benz dealer
