The best mechanic I’ve been to in a while. Firstly I was greeted with friendly smiles. The handover was smooth and easy. They made sure to keep me aware throughout the whole process, with any further problems and pricing before they took any action. The car was nice and ready within a short time. Honest, reliable and great staff, transparent service. Pricing is very cheap when compared to other service centres in the market.

Dude was charging 100 for an oil change labour only. Came off as rude as well. Don't recommend anyone to go here. Found another guy who did it for 45 instead.

Very bad customer service and so rude. I went for RWC and the mechanic have scratched my brand new car rims while driving in the workshop. I asked to fix it and he started arguing. he didn’t apology and didn’t fix the car rim. Never recommend this mechanic.

Took my car for a RWC to this place, I was quoted $2500, as they also destroyed the record of my car. I took the car to another tester and got the RWC for $1000 less. Never use this tester especially if you're new. Edited - It's apparent that you exhibit high level of Full Quid from your response. You've got a very poor customer service and bad management practice. You can't handle customers negative feedback. How the heck did you obtain a tester permit. If I actually got a fake RWC then I wouldn't have sold my car then. You really need to be trained and enlightened about good customer service and motor vehicle repairs. Your license should be reviewed by Vicroad. Additionally, you need to upgrade your computer. Your business requires a serious review and scrutiny
