Situated like an apartment building with multiple rooms. Has everything you need and a self serve breakfast. Close to the beach and town. Well accommodated, easy to find and check in.

A well priced comfortable place to stay a few nights and relax. Great location as its only a short stroll to the jetty and the many great local pubs and breweries. Nice and quiet with fantastic rooms. Continental breakfast was not too bad and in a good location check in was very easy.

We returned as 18 months ago we had a wonderful stay....When we opened the door the room smelt terrible we had to prop open door open bathroom window and put aircon on as it was so bad. The blind was broken have to close bottom slats by hand... and it is at only window which is next to toilet so bathroom exposed.....toilet seat broken...shower curtain all brown around bottom. The bed looked like the sheets were not fresh so we slept on top of bed using what we had to keep warm. Very grubby an extra worry in covid times. Walls flimsy heard snoring all night and during night someone was at keybox...front door and outside light filled the room....we didnt stay for breakfast and will not be back....called and told Manager next morning....no apology just told we should have called earlier with issues but apart from bed which we didnt spot until trying to get into it at 11pm...other issues part of longer term fix

Hubby and I booked here for a one night stay close to the Busselton town centre. It was relative cheap, good location. We were unable to get in to the premises upon arrival and there was no key available (there were no caretakers on site). After several phone calls back and forth we were able to enter the premises with a master key. We were then asked to knock on the door of the room which we were booked for. Turns out It had been double booked and the another other couple were already settled in there.After another wait we were directed to go to a different property and was texted the lock box number.After several attempts we could not open the lock box with the number provided.More back and forth phone calls.Finally able to access the unit.Place was clean, tidy and well appointed. Bed was comfy.Overall customer service and communication has let them down.

Great location for a weekend getaway in Busselton. Walking distance to most of the local attractions and drinking establishments. We would recommend. BnB great value.

The room was fantastic and location was amazing. The staff had provided towels incase you want to swim and breakfast was included in a cosy dining room where other guests were enjoying chatting and getting to know each other.

We had Unit 5, the one downstairs out the back. I would not recommend it. The door doesn't fit the jam properly, allowing excess wind and noise through. The bathroom window is the only source of fresh air. It is clear glass, not obscure. The venetian blinds are bent and twisted and offer very little privacy from the development next door. Therefore, leaving the window open is impractical. Nice shower with good hot water. The cupboard that houses the bar fridge is partially collapsed, making it difficult to open. There is little sound protection from unit next door when it comes to sleep. The bed is king size but very uncomfortable. With a big hump in the centre. It's disappointing to read a review from 11 months ago pointing this out, and it still hasn't been fixed. Fortunately, it's in a great location. Walking distance to everything in town and the foreshore. Bed side table lamps are loose and falling over.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was neat and clean. The room environment was very comfortable. Breakfast was catered for very nicely with a variety of cereals,juice bread for toast etc. Top marks over all.

My wife and I spent one Saturday night in December in the room at the back of the property.The accommodation unfortunately did not live up to the promised standard. The mattress needs urgent replacement and made for a very uncomfortable night of sleeping. The curtains did not properly block the light - as soon as daylight broke through, the room was showered in bright light. The cleanliness was questionable, with the towels having bleach marks. The so-called free breakfast was self-help and so basic, we just turned around and walked out. The only positive thing I can mention is the location - it is an amazing location within short walking distance from Busselton Foreshore and Jetty. If only a little bit of love and care can be combined with the location, this will be an amazing property - in its current state we won't be back.
