We traveled from Melbourne and had a little emergency here with our dogs during our trip in Sydney. We found Vetfriends on Google and gave them a call. Dr Joyce is our fave vet, she's very good at keeping you well informed as well as providing optimal care for our little dog. Overall, staff are friendlier here than some other places we've attended.

We've been coming to vet friends for over 10 years now and all the staff including the vets and nurses have always offered excellent, professional and extremely caring services. We've really gotten to know and love all the staff there and they always take extra care of our puppies and know all their unique quirks that need extra attention. We always feel safe leaving our dogs under their care. We have also recently gotten to know Dr. Sophia and she has been taking care of our senior dog. Sophia is knowledgable, compassionate and always pays great attention to detail. She has been an excellent addition to the team :)

This vet practice is definitely my go-to for my pets' medical care. The staff are warm, caring, friendly, and good with my 3 shih tzus. They never rush through consultations, are quick to return calls, and will take time to answer questions on the phone . What is important to me is the level of personalised service. They know me, and they know my dogs. There is a family feel to this practice. The staff- Dr Sophia Lay, Dr Joyce, Dr Peter Coote, Dr Vanessa , nurses Misake, Izzy, Mabel, Liz, are all helpful and make me and my dogs feel important. My dogs even like going to the vet! I highly recommend this place!!
