Very professiional and friendly from my 1st phone contact with a very helpful assistant to the person who attended to actually fix my oven. Same day service due to a cancellation elsewhere. Had the part ready to go and payment by mobile eftpos. This business was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend to others.

Was happy with service person that called but that's where it ended. Nothing of what he discussed with me done. Chef Induction cooktop that's faulting at 3 days old. Passing the buck to Electrolux. Neither recommended in this case.
