Highly reccomend from start to finish the communication and quality of work was amazing.Really knew what they where doing. A trusted licensed company. Adam gave me great confidence around tricky elements that other companies couldn't get past. They know what they are doing and deliver a high quality pool. Customer service was excellent ,so helpful &obliging ,from the very lovely girls in administration to the 2 servicemen who measured & installed spa pool cover and took away the old one as part of their customer service .Thoroughly recommend Coastline Pools for your every spa &pool needs.

Installing our 3rd pool with these guys! Great to work with!

We were looking to purchase a pool through Coastline. We went to the premises and booked to have a quote and they booked us in to have someone out in 3 weeks. The guy came took all the details and said he would email the quote to us. We waited a week and no quote, we called them and they said they would mark it urgent and send it to us. That was four weeks ago and still nothing. It was an easy job, we are nice people and we are left baffled. If they didn't want the job they should have just said, needless to say we are going with another company that are much more reliable - based on our experience we wouldn't recommend them.

Avoid this company, very rude staff trying to upsell a poor service. Very disrespectful management, terrible communication, a very bad experience.

The pool quote and installation was ok. Very poor communication. After sales service is unprofessional, disrespectful and terrible communication.

Being a house owner near the beach with an in ground pool we decided for a tree change and rented a property on acres for something different..We got conned horribly when we signed a lease stating the we would pay for the chemicals on a monthly pool contract..These guys are absolute rip offs.I suspect they’re in total collusion with the Hunter realestate agents preying on honest renters.Owning our own home and knowing the owner of the property eventually allowed us to call their bluff and got these guys sacked, but not before a $480 chemical bill over 8 weeks.Plus the service fees of $240Plus a complete change out of a 2yr old saltwater chlorinator charged to the owner at $600.Oh, and when I asked for the old unit to verify, I was informed they had thrown it out apparently.Be very aware of these people..Yes I have photo’s to verify. But why bother.

Rude staff, lady was condescending and was not helpful at all.First time I have been there, won’t be back.

The girls in the shop are the best. Personally they always go above and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough, so for the best service, I can’t recommend Coastline Pools enough.
