Animal Emergency Centre Gold Coast

Very caring and kind staff, but the cost is very high :( I completely understand it’s an emergency vet but my little guy was seen for 5 mins (literally just had a stethoscope put on him, and told he was getting old).. this cost me close to $200 and I didn’t leave with any new knowledge. With rising costs everywhere, it’s really set me back. I am thankful I had a place to take my pet to.. but maybe for a 5 min consultation $100 would be a little more reasonable. I do appreciate what you guys do.

I highly rate AEC at Varsity and highly recommend using this clinic for all ur veterinary needs, you won’t be disappointed. My experience here was excellent in a time of need with my pet dog and will be ongoing as this clinic upholds such a high quality of work, compassion and integrity. The staff are friendly, very professional and have customers along with loved ones best interests at heart. A truly exceptional service to say the least, Thankyou AEC Varsity.

My dog was very sick and had to stay 2 nights on a drip and antibiotics. 2 days later and he's great ! I am so grateful for the care he received at AEC. He was quickly diagnosed and the vet saved his life. I would highly recommend AEC and their great staff. Thank you.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr Stephanie who helped my poor cat Celeste who swallowed one of her toys yesterday. Dr Stephanie was extremely compassionate and empathetic, and went through everything in full detail with me and my partner. I felt super confident that my cat Celeste was in the best possible hands.Not even 30 minutes after I had left my cat with Dr Stephanie, I receive a call saying that the procedure was complete and all seemed well! Dr Stephanie I cannot thank you enough for saving my little girl and am forever grateful for your fast action and genuine care for your patients.I would highly recommend the AEC team to anyone who has a pet emergency! AEC Varsity were so great to deal with. They were attentive and very efficient in dealing with my pet's serious injury and their after-care assistance post-op was greatly appreciated.

I would only consider taking my animal here under the most dire of circumstances. The pricing of things feels a tad predatory.My dog was bitten and the wanted over $2500 to stitch it. My regular vet did it for under $1300 the next morning.The staff were very pleasant and do seem to care a great deal, but whoever is setting the prices is making bank.

I cannot sing this centre’s praises highly enough. Robyn, Sarah and Cassie led the treatment and were totally amazing, they treated our little cat Dolly as if she were their own from the moment we arrived. All the staff are engaged and helpful ant this centre and I really got the feeling they genuinely cared about my cat and the animals I watched them caring for while waiting. One particular emergency case that arrived was totally heartbreaking and seeing the girls genuine care and affection for the poor pup was quite emotional actually, they truly are a beautiful group that clearly shows a high level of compassion and empathy for their little patients.On the same day shortly after our visit and also a few days after our visit our vet Robyn called to check in on Dolly and to give us further advice then offered another appointment just to check her over. Fantastic and so thorough. Thanks guys! I’m just so thankful we found your service and feel absolutely confident to recommend you to anyone looking for help with their veterinary needs.
