Absolutely disgusting service given by people that are meant to be a disability employment service. They 100% do not know how to work with or treat people with disabilities. Especially Amanda who should be fired and made to work in an entirely different field of work.

Helps people get jobs to suit whatever job might be available for particular interests and likes for the unemployed, and also apparently the staff there are nice and friendly and very helpful. Tursa also helps with creating a Resume for those who have never had to require one in their past employment

I visited this office to use the computer, because my homebase Tursa manager has abused power and threatened to call the Police because I was deemed to be interupting an interview skills" training course. When really I was explaining the expenses related to a pending timeline of a job application.On this Tursa location: The radio was way too loud for an office environment. I turned it down. An indigenous lady beside me seemed to be experiencing tech issues with her government account. I don't know why? She began humming a sound unfamiliar to me when I logged onto the computer

The disability service is BS. You're better off at At Work Australia. Steph who was my disability support, showed none for the rare illness I developed. The disability support is not equipped enough to handle ALOT of things. What's the point in asking clients what they're capable of doing according to their ailments, if you're only being pressed and pressured with regular jobs? Why bother asking clients what they want or need? At the end of the day it's just a money, subsidy game with little concern for the clients. Again what's the point?? The statistics show that job agencies aren't as helpful as they're made out to be anyways LOL

Been waiting on my phone appointment for hour and a half, gave them a call ,they said they will call me back and they didn't. I can't clear my day to just wait for their phone call. Unprofessional. zero star.
