Bradbury Automotive - mechanics

Got my car service here and I thought it was a great experience.They didn't try to rip you off with unnecessary repairs to the car.Car workshop is clean and organised, everything is done in a professional manner.Will definitely be taking my car here for all services.

I was so impressed. Usually I go with Wakeling Automotive but I am not anymore. Bradbury AM were kind and so professional. Not only that, but they appreciated the fact that I had kids and needed the car back ASAP. ASAP to me is five days considering what I needed done. They did an ALL NIGHTER and it was ready THE NEXT DAY. But if that was not enough to win me over, it was their kindness and friendliness.I had to get a blue slip on my vehicle, knowing full well it would need repairs. Not only was it cheaper than I expected, but faster. Originally they told me it would be 5 days as they had to order the parts, but then they called me the next day and said I could pick up.Amazing.

First impression, Adrian is a rarity in the automotive industry. Got the most honest and upfront advice from initial consultation and the quality of work is something you experience when the vehicle is on road. I am often critical of service centers and felt compelled to write a review because the guy knows what he is doing and that is to me the" hardest quality you can find from the get go. I could not be happier after all the issues I had in the past they were smoothly ironed out and weeks after all the issues they have magically disappeared. I'm fortunate that I live in the vicinity and finally I can not only vouch but will gladly be a customer for life!"

Booked my car in for a pink slip on short notice today, I called around 10am and they got me in at 11.40. Very quick and efficient service and didn't cost too much either. Very happy and I highly recommend these guys!!

I was recommended by a friend to go to bradbury automotive and wow top of the score board for me I was greeted by some lovely young men. Who went out of there way to help me with my sons car. Then he owner came over to talk to me. I was so stressed out about the car . They soon eased my mine . I am now booking my car into bradbury Automotive . The service and the care was fantastic. Highly recomend these guy.

Client dropped off car and left it there for PINK SLIP.Received call back later saying car failed (two front tyres).Assuming did not inspect vehicle further (No attached brake test), said you're paying for our time over phone.When client picked up car and asked in person if there is anything else wrong with it was not given any answer.Client looks at fail report:Failed two front tyres.1. Visual inspection of Tyres Front Nearside Rule 104.2Reason: Damaged tyre case.2. Visual inspection of Tyres Front Offside Rule 104.2<1.5mm tread depth.ISSUE: (BOTH TYRES WERE RECENTLY REPLACED SO NEAR NEW, client wasn't sure of this at the time).Client then asked if they were to privately get two new tyres (the same so they match) how much would it cost to put them on?Business said: We won't do that".Client stated they will be brand new tyres just the same ones. Have attended for a few years now for pink slips. A no-fuss experience. Usually completed by the time I finish a cup of coffee. I dont feel like I'm taken advantage of or condescended to. The team was also great at fitting me in when they can (always have to do the run around xmas time). Thanks team.
