Gerry And I cannot praise you enough for the care and professional attention you gave to us recently.We bought a Iveco sunliner motor home a few weeks ago from a caravan dealer at Gympie.What this dealer promised to do for us was never done, so for peace of mind we decided to put it in to Iveco and have a major service done.We couldn’t be happier with the service be got.John who we dealt with was fantastic and explained everything that was done.Thank you so much John and staff.

Overall a pretty good experience these trucks wouldn't stop for anything at all including my 8 year old daughter Lisa Simpson. Still got the job done would rate 5/10 might try again.

Wideland Trucks has always been excellent to deal with. Really really good service and they've always gone the extra yards. Yesterday we took our Iveco motorhome in with a battery problem.... after the RACQ got us going. They tested it overnight and it needed replacing. They told us we could come round straight away, cost of new battery and labour cost was very reasonable, and while they were fitting the new battery they worked on another recall issue as well. They did so much at a reasonable cost and all done with a smile. The staff are lovely. Thanks guys.

Wouldn't use these as a company again. Worst customer service rude and direct from the service manager him self while asking questions about my vehicle then hung up on me.I had ordered parts for my vehicle from this place with a vin number and still had the wrong parts supplied wasn't refunded or even swapped for their mistake.They dont want to know anything about it!!
