Sends a message at 9pm at night to say he wont be here in the morning. Then doesnt answer his phone like a child. Now i have to cancel a small concrete plant because he is unorganised and drivers will loose work for the day. Also i had 5 of my own team here in the morning which now they dont have a days work. In 20 yrs of concrete construction, i have never been more let down. Very disapointed in the lack of professionalism. Definantly not trustworthy
