Worst service ever from a pharmacy. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Visited between 6pm and 7pm on Sunday 15 April 2018. Female behind the counter (presumably a pharmacist) had zero customer service skills, didn’t explain how to use the medication (new medication), nor did she ask about my medical history or if I was on any other medication. In fact, she virtually threw my medication at me with a curt ‘see ya’! I could understand if I’d been rude to her, but I was perfectly polite! She left me with zero desire to return and even less confidence that she was actually a qualified pharmacist! With staff like these, I hope PharmaSave isn’t expecting to compete with the likes of Chemist Warehouse anytime soon! They’ve definitely lost this local customer.

Placed my script and came back 15 mins later as instructed. I observed the Pharmacist behind the counter being literally antagonistic to 4 customers including myself.She wasn't serving customers, but working at a computer next to the service area. Firstly out of nowhere - she accused one lady of staring at her and to look somewhere else". The poor old lady was just waiting and looking in the general direction of the counter... I was in the pharmacy this week, the pharmacist/nurse was very helpful organising my vaccination and called me after to make sure I was ok. The service is just amazing.

Rudest pharmacist and most negligent I have ever encountered. Making comments loudly with an assumption about me and the medication I was picking up was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I felt exposed and attacked.On top of this, I was picking up medication that is administered daily by injection. The pharmacist didn’t come to speak to me, a retail assistant just asked me if I knew the price and I was sent on my way. I went to see a nurse friend to help me, only to realise that I hadn’t been given any needles and actually needed to be signed up to a program and given a sharps bin also. There was ZERO duty of care in giving out the medication. When I called back to ask I was told it was the responsibility of the pharmacist the day before who fulfilled the script, not the responsibility of the pharmacist who was on duty at the time. I asked to speak with them and I was ignored multiple times.I ended up going to Chemist Warehouse and shared my terrible experience, they were fabulous, registered me, showed me how to safely inject myself and provided a sharps bin.Will never be returning to Soul Pattinson. Disgusting.

Been coming here for a couple of years after having a pleasant experience with two staff members on a weekend. Glad to see one of the girls is still working here! Great range of products, not a long wait time and they pride in keeping their customers happy! When you have a great bunch of staff running the place you are bound to have happy customers. Especially staff who still carry on excellent customer service skills, create customer relationships and putting their customers first. Very very happy with the service here with most of the staff glad to see smiles when walking into the shop

Poor customer service and protocol on my visit to this pharmacy today. Lady who served me was unhelpful and apathetic. Went to this pharmacy to get “emergency” contraception. Was asked for my email address and emailed a form, which I was asked to complete then come back later. All of the other pharmacies I have been to have given the form and EC to me there and then. Clearly not emergency enough. Unfortunately I did not have time to get to another pharmacy on my strict lunch break so I’m hoping it’s not too late.

Love this pharmacy. The staff are great in terms of advice and friendliness. They make everything easy as possible by holding onto repeat scripts and allowing you to just text or email for repeats. And the new renos look amazing!

Staff are consistently rude, judgemental and unprofessional - allowing personal prejudice towards certain medications (that have been appropriately prescribed by doctors) to cause them to act negligently and disrespectfully to the people accessing those medications.

The pharmacist is beyond rude, unhelpful and just blantley obnoxious. I'd highly reccomend stearing clear of this place as a number of other pharmacy's in the area deserve your business instead. Unfortunately experienced bad service here a number of times now so only fair to share on a review!!

It seems this is the 5th or so complaint about the female pharmacist Rita" .I have been a customer this pharmacy for a long time and I have never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacist before .Rita gave me the third degree which I partly realise is necessary
