Must not want my business? I may be only after a small job but after sending an email, calling and discussing my deck and veranda requirements I have heard nothing back and its been well over a week. An acknowledgement or at least a call back would of been nice. Found someone else who is interested in my business.

The ladies that take my inspection bookings are so friendly and helpful, from the time they answer the phone they go out of there way to make it happen to suit my needs . From looking up permits to helping with putting me in touch with the inspector so i can book my concrete etc is a great time saver and help.

Never will use this team. no one knows what they are signing. now i have to repair a slab and pier at cost when i had shown them the issues.

No stars! This business is absolutely pathetic! I have had an application for some minor alterations to a fully established home (built almost 12 years ago), in since 14th March - now 11 weeks later we are no further on. Would not give me a name of a building surveyor to talk with. just keep sending back pathetic repeated questions every 12 days by email. No communication in between and same questions over and over again, when I answer them all every time I resubmit. Don't touch them unless you couldn't care less, and have a spare 6 months to wait

Would be careful before paying anything? I wanted to get classification changed for my building in Point Cook. They were quick to send me invoice before even the work gets carried out, and then I had to follow up on outcome of assessment several times. Outcome of assessment was all over the place and was left up to me to workout what was needed to be done to get the approvals. I had to follow up several times, and had to give lengthy details of job as they couldn't find me on system. They will not put you across to right person unless they have asked you half a dozen questions.I then had to send strong email to get some sort of answer. I heard same review about them from other town planners as well. I'm far from impressed.

Needed an inspection, and was told at 10am that I had to pay upfront, and if i paid before 3pm, the inspection would occur the next day (Friday). The invoice did not arrive by email by midday so I called to chase it up. Still no invoice at 1pm. Called two more times at 2pm and 2.45pm as invoice never arrived. Eventually they took my card payment without an invoice at 2.45pm. Then at 3.30pm they emailed to say that the inspection would not be done till Monday. Very bad service. I cancelled and called another Surveyor who came out on Friday morning and did not have to pre-pay.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!! I purchased my archived documents and then never heard back after a month! They take your money and then tell you that they can’t help you, you need to speak with Angela who works at another premises. Angela only has a mobile number and email address that she doesn’t answer. You can call her and message her as many times as you like but she will never return your call. If you try to call the landline back to demand to speak with a Manager, they tell you that she is the Manager!! DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANY MONEY, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I have no idea how they are still open! Disgraceful!

Don't bother, these useless surveryers signed off on my unit block, 6 years down the track we've all got massive repair bills for the complete imcompetance. They never picked up on major safety flaws with the building that should've been picked up.amd fixed. I do plan on going to VCAT in the near future. This company is useless. Competely avoid to save the hassles in the future.

The culture in the office must be extremely toxic. Every time I spoke with someone I was talked down too and dismissed, from the receptionist to the manager. Really strange way to treat a paying client. I would not recommend these guys, all they care about is money. Rude & not helpful. Most of the staff are young kids that don’t know what they’re doing.
