This is one of the top car washes in Brisbane. A small family owned business that takes great pride in their work. They are always happy to provide extra advice on how to maintain the condition of your car better and they provide top quality service when you have your car cleaned through them. They do get a little busy sometimes however it is perfect if you are going to do your shopping while you wait. I’ve tried other places over the years but you can tell the difference between the chains that just employee anyone with a bucket and the business like Lotos that care about the level of detail and service they offer.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good clean, especially higher end cars. I drive out from Newstead just to see them and will continue to do so.

I do not recommend them at all. I’ve had my car wash numerous times by them and no issues. I have a 4 month old car which I have kept prestige but this time I wanted the professionals to do it.I had it washed, no fuss, drove home and parked it in my garage. Then I took it out today to head off to work. While driving to work I noticed a few scratches on the windscreen, some were the length of the car windscreen. I can’t believe it as I also have paint protection on the car.I called them up and the owner’s attitude so bad. He said it wasn’t them and there is a big sign saying once it leaves it’s not their problem so they didn’t do it. He said it’s my responsibility to check before it leaves (fair enough) but how can I check for such faint scratch marks m when it’s a dark underground car park and the scratches only come up when the sun is shining through at an angle? The owner was not nice at all. I can’t believe it. Now I see it all the time. I will not be taking my car there again and will be taking this further.I would not recommend them at all to anyone!

This is the best car wash in the Brisbane, I do Airport Transfer, and this is the only , the only one I will go for car wash!

We've just had one of our fleet cars detailed with Lotos and what a fantastic result! They completely removed the cigarette smell and made the vehicle sparkle. Extremely friendly proprietor and a quality job. We'll be back for sure.

Hama and his wife did clean my old car very well after my husband took the car to his building sites for a month. The car is now clean, shiny, and looks happy. I like their home garage setting at a very convenient location as well.

Lotto does incredible work. He fixed up my old car's paint job -- which I thought for sure was beyond repair -- to the point that people complimented it's paint job. Today, we brought our new car in which was in terrible shape inside - stains literally everywhere. We had tried cleaning the stains with upholstery cleaner to no avail and, after leaving Lottos, it's like new! What's more, he figured out about the horn not working, called his mechanic friend for advice to fix it, then took it upon himself to fix it for free! Amazing attention to detail for his work in and out.. the list goes on.He may not always have the best bedside manner but his work is incredible. Recommending him to everyone.

I came to this place today and asked for a staff to clean my car seat. He saw my car and said my car is too dirty and recommended me to pay $150 to clean my car. After while, he said my car is dirty than his imageine and ask me to pay $300 to clean a whole car. I told him it is too expensive for me, I’m happy to pay $60 for cleaning inside ( the price shows on board). He said $60 is only for regular customers, but not for my car. The only way I can choose to clean inside my car is the $300 plan.I have told him this is over my budget. Then, he became very rude, he said: “ you love the small money, you can go to other place, we can’t take you.”I only pay $30 for cleaning one of my car seat. To see their cleaning level. After finished cleaning, I still saw some mark on that car seat. I just ask him why it is still there. He said he can’t do anymore clean unless I pay more.He did not clean well. That is fine. I can understand the mark on my seat is hard to clean. So I said: If you can’t clean well, it is fine, can you introduce $300 plan? Does it clean better?He starts to complain, said: you care too much details, also you are not happy to pay that much, just go to other places, there will suit you, they do the discount. The way he speaking is very rude.I said: you are the professional cleaner. I should ask for you to clean better.He said: “you only pay $30, that is what I can do. You are always complaining! “I’m so unhappy for what he said to me.He should give more choices for customers. Also, he is kind of forcing customer to pay more.He is actually complaining all the time. I guess he maybe very unhappy to earn small money.He make me feel I’m poor and can’t take his “Royal” service!My car is not that dirty. Just some dirt on car carpet! I don’t like the the way he push me to pay!I’m more happy to pay $500 to other car wash place with a better customer service. Not here!Never go to this place! The staff I said which has shown on google picture.Very bad customer experience!I will never introduce friends to go to that place!Never!

If you ask me the the worst service I ever had, I would definitely said this car cleaning company.First, staff are really rude. The staff who treat customers as different levels are only value rich people. They don’t even wanna serve the customers if customers consider price.However, even you paid much money to them, you still won’t get happy result. My vehicle still dirty, I even can see water mark on my car seat, so I said to them, but the staff yelled to me and said “you are complaining person and care about detail”. Excused Me!!! Each customer has right to complain if they do not happy with the result. Judging customer is definitely not a good business man should do.Anyway, I CANNOT see any professional attitude in this company. What they want just stealing money from your pocket. Never come back!

I would give 0 stars if I could.I have been bringing my car to be cleaned by the team here for at least 7 years. We have had 3 cars come through ottos and I have never paid above $55 for a full inside and outside clean. So you can imagine my shock when the owner came out very rudely with a flash light insinuating there was dog hair everywhere, I don't even own a dog, nor is there dog hair there. Granted there were a few of my own hairs but that's standard in a females car.He was incredibly rude and said his cheapest price was $60. He said that a car in this state would be $100, that's almost a 100% mark up. This was ridiculous. I went across the road and was quoted $45 for the same job and it was done just as good, if not better.Remember your regulars (even if I hadn't been there in a couple of years). So rude and inconsiderate. He's looking to lose customers.
