0 stars. I never got past the first person on the phone who asked me if I was sure it had even happened because my memory is fragmented. If she cared to learn anything about trauma she would know that fragmented memory is a common experience for those who have been through a traumatic experience. She was also pressuring me to go into detail despite me saying I didn't feel comfortable talking about it over the phone. She then said I had to if I wanted to see a counsellor there. It was horrible and retraumatising. That was my second experience with them, my first experience I saw a counsellor and they told me not to come back because my experience wasn't bad enough". A client should not be expected to go into full detail during the first session or first phone call
