I am new to the city and am hoping to find a place to rent, and I am able to find this property agent through my friends. The agents there are very helpful and welcoming and they answer all the questions and doubts that I have and they also provide me plenty of time to consider my decision. In the end, I am able to find a place to stay and it does save me from many unnecessary procedures! If you are in Melbourne and are looking for apartments or houses, I would recommend this place to you all!!!! Check it out!!

This is probably the worst property agent I have ever encountered in my life. They know nothing about property maintenance and will push all responsibility to tenants. Different faces before they took you money and after! Please be wise and cautious before work with them. Highly unrecommanded.

This agent is really unprofessional. Ask for so many unnecessary the documents, last time I've been ask for those many docs was immigration office, also they've made up some funny excuse and says it’s against the law. Luckily I didn’t choose the agent and I will never let them manager my properties. BTW after the property has been leased for weeks, I still can find it on the realestate rent list.

He was very honest, upfront, professional and was able to find me a great apartment that fit right in my price range, and he was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. This agency is super nice! Highly recommend! They helped me rent an apartment that I really loved, with good transportation and competitive rent. The agent was very responsive to any questions and helped me get a nice parking space in the apartment.

This agent is quite unprofessional. He makes appointments for a property inspection and then changes the inspection time without notice. When he is challenged on this he blames his colleague which is a handy excuse. Furthermore he does not reply ro messages sent to him to confirm appointment times.

I don’t want to give even a 1 star to this agency. Rented a property through them and after giving the notice 28 days a head to leave the property they charge me 300$ more that I didn’t mention the exact date to leave. They didn’t even sent me acknowledgment email after that. They hardly reply to your emails and calls. Very unhappy client of Entire Shield.
