I recently purchased my first home from Barry Plant Inner North, and had the great pleasure of working with both Jesse and Jessica who were a great team. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and responded to all of my enquiries quickly and patiently (I had a lot of questions as a first home buyer). I found them both to be genuine and trustworthy, and I was very touched by how personally excited they were to be helping me in this milestone moment in my life. I really appreciated their continued support after the sale and. I highly recommend Barry Plant Inner North and felt very lucky to have Jesse and Jessica supporting me through what could have otherwise been a confusing and stressful experience.

Had to apply to get my bond back myself after weeks and told it wouldn’t be long. When I called after weeks they advised they were waiting for landlord approval.So because of the landlord not responding they did nothing when I asked what options did I have they just told me to be patient. After a google search I applied for my bond myself and had to wait for 20 days due to their lack of action. Letting the landlord hold my bond back but quick to re advertise the place and jacking up the rent on the next person

Jesse and the team were fantastic to work with throughout the campaign to sell our home. Not only were they professional, excellent communicators, they managed our campaign with a high level of care and warmth. The team were amazing communicators and were exceptional in management of our expectations and delivering what they promised. We would highly recommend Jesse and the Barry Plant team should you be selling or buying your family home.

Initially very helpful and attentive in managing my property but BP dropped the ball very quickly. For the 6% rental commission you will get hardly any emails, overcharged for nonsense, and ignored, bounced around from person to person, patronised and left doing most of the work. Lack of communication is their biggest downfalI. I also tried to sell my property through BP and wasn’t listened to, now left with a $4k bill for nothing other than advertising some useless real estate agents face and name. Would not recommend these guys if you expect competency or trustworthiness. I’m sure the response to this review will raise eyebrows, not much you can say for basic lack of professionalism.

A rental experience: The open viewing was well organised and there was a quick turn around in selecting suitable candidates. The only downside is that the electronic rental application limits what docs you can submit via upload to make your case stronger. This whole process was a case of following set down protocols and receiving template email responses but then...After I was awarded the unit, the human side of Barry Plant showed its face. With demand exceeding supply its easy for other agents to just shuffle the applicants around. After I had signed the lease, paid a month's rent and submitted a bond, it was found they could give me the key as planned. Although a major inconvenience for me, property manager Alexandra bent over backwards to solve the issue, try and ease my pain as well as reward me for my understanding. This proved to me this office viewed me as an asset to their rental register not just a number. Thanks for the human approach to problem solving!

Not a good experience with the team. Had been following up from past two months to get my overpaid rent back. Had made multiple phone calls and emails/text messages.

Fedele and Jim were fantastic!The support they provided me throughout the campaign was impeccable. It was an emotional experience for me but at no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable about the choice I was making to sell my home.If you want a pleasant, comfortable and confident experience, then these are the guys you need.
