Absolute worst nail experience I have ever received. The ladies rushed and spoke to each other the whole time. I asked about my shape and was completely dismissed saying it would look better when it was filed. It didn’t and the lady said it was simply how I’d asked to have them. The shellac started to peel off 3 days after. Absolutely appalled with the experience and the way my nails turned out. Never going there again

I have been to this salon several times to get my nails done without an issue, that was until Thursday night . This was where I experienced the most appalling and abysmal service ever. I arrived at the salon at 6pm and left almost at 8pm, where I waited 1.5 hours to be properly attended to. I had 4 people hopping on and off the station spending two minutes intervals attending to my nails before calling new customers into the salon. While waiting to get serviced I had to ask several times when somebody could work on my nails as I had been waiting a while. I legitimately saw customers who walked in after me, had their nails completed before mine even officially started. I thought this was ridiculous and was looking around to see if anybody was available. The ladies working next to me, then told their coworkers to hurry up because “con nhỏ này” had been waiting a while. For non Vietnamese speakers it’s that a rude way of saying “that person” in a belittling way depending on context. I had to state to women working on other the customers next to me, that I’m now running late for dinner and I still had nobody working on my nails (probably for the 5th time). After waiting for probably over an hour to get things properly started I finally had two people working on me. They tried talking smack about me in Vietnamese but stopped each other because they picked up I understood. They wanted me to pay $80 for all that including a discount for my time. I thought that was ridiculous as I came in at 6pm and left at almost 8pm. Eventually I paid $75, but even then I thought that was outrageous considering the disappointing service I received. If you have read this far, then you’d know I absolutely do not recommend this place. Didn’t think all the reviews were true and were harsh, but they honestly reflect the truth.

Staff jump around from client to client. You will have 4 different people coming and going doing your nails then going to do other people. This makes for an inconsistent job and constantly repeating what you would like. Unprofessional. I had to wait 3 hours. Chanail I recommend you have one person per client and stop overbooking or you will have unhappy customers when you keep stopping and making them wait for 3 hours so you can have more clients. lt also could be cleaner and rough with the drill.

I have my nails and lashes done here and the most warming experience when you walk in until the time you leave! The BEST lashes I’ve had done hands down! Would recommend to anybody ❤️

worst nail place in my opnion. service is so bad and i have left with my cuticles and skin hurting and ontop of it horrible nails .they refused to serve me the WHITE LEGIT WHITE saying it will turn brown blah nlah and other stuff that i know aren’t true because ive had that colour many times and had no problem with it . gave me the wrong shade of pink after i listened them and chose a different colour , i asked for coffin and received a square shape taht didnt even looked good and looked boxy . now i have to attend a wedding and walk around with chunckh nails on my finger tips pls dont waste ur time and money on this . at this point i would do a better job if i just done them myself . i got something i didnt even asked for and still payed 3x of what it looks like its worth , this is my worst experience with nails ever

I went there yesterday and asked to do acrylic nails and shellac gelOn my feet well I must say it is very disappointing they just want to finish their job they just made you feel like they doing it but half of the time they are rushing for nothing. I am very unhappy with my services as both on hand and feet also upon asked they said two coats of nail polish is only applied as my nail didn’t even see different then my original nail colour , I requested to apply one more layer but the lady said it will not look good and nail polish will be thick.Gosh not worth the hype and money. Vey disappointing. Will be Never back for sure. I don’t recommend too.

I wouldn't go back to this place, definitely had better service elsewhere. The last time I came it was very busy and had to wait a long time this time it wasn't that busy, but still was rushed out. The pedicure 'massage' was over before it even started and the hot stones almost burnt my skin.The manicure didn't even have any type of hand/arm massage at all and the lady turned off the seat massager without even asking me when I had just turned it on, quite rude and treated me almost like a piece of meat. For the price they are charging I would definitely not go back.

I had a positive and great experience getting my lashes done! The staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality lashes and getting their nails done.

WORST MANICURES EVERUNHYGIENIC - dirty chairs and work spaces, no cleaning after previous clientUNPROFESSIONAL - had an appointment for myself and 2 daughters but 2 of us had our nails done on the (dirty) pedicure chairs. For my shellac I had the LED lamp on my lap and dust from filing etc all over my jeans!SLOPPY WORK - cuticles not touched. My daughter’s nail polish came off the next day. Probably very old product. My shellac was uneven with gaps and lumps. My other daughter’s acrylics also sloppy and uneven.RUSHED SERVICE - it was a madhouse, all about quantity not at all about quality.FOOLED BY GOOD REVIEWS - we went there because they had good reviews, don’t know how, must be lots of fake reviews.
