The customer service person at the reception his name is Bill is extremely rude and disrespects other peoples problems. My experience with Bill was overwhelming and belittling. I am a franchise with Subway restaurant and i had just called in to inform of our store opening hours. When i told him to remind the driver to bring in a delivery docket, Bill started disrespecting my issues and was getting aggressive over the phone. When i asked him for his name he said what are you going to do with my name make a complaint. Its quite clear that Bill has no customers service skills and he is least interested in his role as a customer service officer. Plateau food distributor sucks at customer service and i always have issues with drivers delivering incorrect items, missing items or forgetting delivery dockets. They do not take complaint seriously and belittle other peoples issues as just human error so what live with it. Heaps disappointed with Bills behaviour today over the phone.
