O'Brien Plumbing

I highly recommend the team at Laser Plumbing & Electrical!! They installed a hot water tank in February this year. In July there was a small leak (from the pipes settling) and they came straight back to fix it the day I called them (free of charge). And then last week there were some other small issues, and a plumber was at my house within a few hours to check it out and the work was booked in the next day ...all FREE of charge because it was under warranty. I really trust the team at Laser and know I can count on them when I need something new or when something goes wrong. Thank you!

Couldn't be more impressed with O'Brien plumbing. The team is great, always responds super fast and are very helpful. Prices are very reasonable and the plumbers all do a fantastic job. We use O'Brien to service over 800 of our properties and not once have we been dissatisfied with their services!

Laser Plumbing and Electrical were absolutely fabulous in undertaking my bathroom renovation. It was not an easy job: the bathroom was very compact -every centimetre counted - and access was difficult. Daniel provided excellent project management - always accessible and approachable, and keen to assist. Darren and Karl who completed the bathroom were truly excellent - they went out of their way to ensure the work was of highest quality and that we achieved the best result. Of all the work done in the unit, the work Laser did was easily the best - other contractors were more concerned with getting in and out quickly rather than ensuring a quality outcome. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

We used the guys at Laser Plumbing to do all of our plumbing work on our recent bathroom and kitchen renovation in Potts Point. They were great to deal with, turned up on time and really helped us solve some problems we were having with the plumbing, they thought outside the box to make sure we could have everything we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone, could not rate these guys highly enough :)

I recently required emergency out of hours plumbing services to sort out a sewer blockage. I had tried my regular plumber, however they were unable to help me out under these circumstances. Through a friend, I was put onto Laser Plumbing North Sydney, and they had no dramas sending out a crew outside of normal working hours. The service was very satisfactory, and they sorted us out that night. Laser Plumbing is now my first choice for all my future plumbing requirements, highly recommended.

Very impressed with the service from this lot. Turned up on time, used their knowledge and experience to diagnose the issue, then solved it quickly and cost-effectively. Big ups to Lewis...he's the man.

Laser Plumbing North Sydney have been amazing. They have been to my unit multiple times now for various issues with my toilets, sink and drainage. Each time they have been on time, courteous and professional. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I had some issues with my Rinnai heater which I used a few times last year and 3 times this year before it stopped working. The heater was still under warranty. I couldn't keep the first appointment and could not contact the company but they were very gracious when I explained my situation.I had Owen come out who was very professional, and personable and explained what the issue was. He advised me he would need to order a part and when the part came in, I would be informed.It was only a week's wait and Owen came out again and fixed my heater. (He worked within my schedule as I work from home each Friday). Again, excellent service and was very personable. I would hope that he is an asset to the company as he did an outstanding job not only interacting with me but fixing my heater.I would like to also praise all the staff who sent texts, emails and kept me informed. This company is run like a well-oiled machine. Thank you for assisting me in such a timely manner and you are all highly recommended.
