I called for an appointment today and was shocked to be racially profiled by the owner, Jackie. It's unfortunate that she didn't mind losing out on new client for cut and colour every 4 weeks who is on the lookout for a new hairdresser because her long term hairdresser moved interstate. Very disappointed Jackie because my mum had such high regard for you and visited your salon on every visit to Melbourne for the last 13 years.

Stylofax Hair Studio is a really lovely hair salon. Jaqui is a great hairdresser, and does excellent work.I had my hair bleached and then coloured, which came out beautifully.Jaqui puts all her attention into what she is doing, which makes you feel really special.
