The food was actually decent. My rating is based on service. After my first payment I was asked to repeat the transaction as the waiter didn’t believe it had gone through, even though I showed proof of the payment on my phone. Regrettably, after pressure from the service staff I paid again. I then checked my bank app to find that unsurprisingly I had paid twice. After asking for a refund, the staff still tried to convince me I had only paid once, even though I had proof. After an embarrassing debacle they finally agreed that I had in fact paid twice, but they managed to blame myself and “technology” for the error. The manager eventually processed a refund, failing to tell me beforehand that it would take up to 7 business days to appear in my account. When I complained he framed it as my problem, not his. Needless to say, I will not be returning or recommending this cafe.Soulplate, do better.

Perfect spot for a Sunday brunch.Food was so tasty and very generous portions. The XO crab is an absolute hit and must try.Coffees are really good too and perfect crema!Definitely will visit again!

Awesome cafe. One of the best on the north..... Coffee is top shelf and the food is amazing and different. Fusion Asian/French/English. Crab Omelette is out of control! ✨✨✨✨✨

Informative staff, friendly service and a very clean venue. Great coffee but the bacon & egg roll was disappointing as it lacked flavour - the “grilled kimchi” was just some slaw not actual kimchi and the hash brown was soggy not crisp. The XO crab scrambled eggs was delish though and more than made up for the lack of flavour in the B&E roll.

Had very high hopes when coming here for breakfast and the food is exceptional, that is for sure. Super tasty and good portions. The only downside is that the sweet treats are a little pricey at $4.20 for a micro brownie. The prices in general are a little high also. $3 for an extra egg? Paid over 30 dollar for breakfast just for myself, one dish, espresso and brownie. Would be back, if prices were more in line. I'd expect to pay this sitting at the Opera House. Not in this area.
