Great selections and very helpful staff members.

Huge variety, lovely layout, staff are fantastic, but i find the products just a touch too expensive. maybe its with age im growing into a tightarse lol.

Very helpful lovely staff. Great products. Only downside is membership expires and needs to be renewed to get discounts.

So the website is selling buy 2 for 3 then they only shipped 2.So I called several times finally sort out problem.0 gives to the customer service from official website that I called twice for 2 days each time letting me stay on line for 20mins with no body picks up the call.2/5 gives to the staff on Friday 16th December that she is willing to help and asked me to call again next week but not leaving any note to other staffs which cause me called again and again to explain everything.0 gives to the staff on Tuesday 20th December that she got my customer reference and checked my order then she said this belongs to warehouse problem “ there is nothing we can do” hehe5/5 gives to staff on Wednesday and Thursday that she’s the one helped to notify warehouse (it seems they only response internal email not customer email ) and is willing to process refund eventually .So the small thing wasted my time and effort from Friday to next Thursday bcoz of all the unprofessional service and training.For a customer you gotta be lucky to meet one staff that is responsive and responsible otherwise …..

Everything smells too strong for me but I'm sure i am the minority

I have been in this store on many occasions, and have always found the customer service to be fantastic. The store has a great range on display and is always clean. The assistants are very helpful and approachable

The store smells very nice, and neatly presented. The stuff inside is pretty expensive, the rainbow s diffuser we got causes a lot of condensation around it.
