One of the team member who was on service; she deny to scan my rewards card also the fish crumbed was on sale of $5.20 but she charged us $12. Overall, I am a regular customer of this woolies It never happened before but this time was really bad.

I only ever shop at Woolworths or Coles if I have to. I prefer to support businesses that don't screw our farmers and aren't pushing for 100% digital self service. Zero stars if I could.

Had a great experience yesterday night a woollies. Super friendly stuff. I was truly impressed by the lovely man that served me- Ali was super friendly and truly a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 service.

This bustling supermarket located within Stocklands, Merrylands.Each time I visited, the store was very busy with stocking up on their essentials. IThe shelves were kept well organised, the store tidy and maintained.Each time I shopped there the queues at the checkouts were lengthy but the queues moved quickly enough however more checkout operators are needed on the busier days. if you need bags to carry your purchases, a charge is made for each bag. Otherwise bring your own.

Such lazy employees, don’t even pay attention to what their doing and doesn’t even ask the customer any questions. The employee at the register uses my 10% discount on a $2 cake without even asking me, just says your stereotypical hello in a dry tone. How hard is it to ask the customer if they want to use the discount like who in their right mind wants to use a discount they get once a month on a $2 purchase, absolutely unbelievable. Never going to a register again.

Always so busy and the queues are long but once you get to the self checkout its all good.Good meat and baking as well.Update: 16/03/2023Good deals this week. I especially like the bag of potatoes they sell. Really firm and cooks well. We always get ours there. Currently $8 up from $7 but its worth it for me compared to its competitors.

Half an hour to check out. Plus night filling shift are seems to be abolished cos giant stock movers were every where to give you a terrible shopping experience. 100 percent management does not care as saving on cost are more important.

Where should complain about staff rudeness?? In Merrylands customer service in express checkout women so rude with every customer she served before me and me as well seriously can’t smile as wel as replied my greeting as well. She was too rude and not wana explain our enquires too. time was 11:05 AM rudest customer among all woolies i visited. if i could give minus star i would give her -5 . please teach her some customer service n politeness as well ( i think she was supervisor or incharge ) because some told me ask with boss. worst customer service i ever saw.

Visited Woolies Merrylands today and had an extremely bad experience with a team member who works in Fresh Con.The product was placed under a ticket listing 21.50, and when we checked out, it was 25 . Talked to one of the Fresh Con team members ( an old man), and he said :' If you read the ticket properly, you would know that's for other products.' I politely asked if they do price match as they, in fact, placed the items at the wrong place. And he refused it. He even refused to admit that they made a mistake when refilling the products and use the excuse of ' There is no place for the tickets'. A genuine sorry would help, but he isn't even willing to apologise. Another young lady apologised regarding the situation.I have been purchasing from Woolies Merrylands. But from now on, I might prefer purchasing from other stores.
