Aside from being a great place to pick up a used 4x4 vehicle wholesale, the service from Rod and follow up from Gerald was nothing short of fantastic. Thanks guys (Ed, Ford Ranger)

Terry from CarNet was exceptionally helpful in helping my family with purchasing a car. His professionalism, outstanding services and knowledge is hard to come by when dealing with any salesmen. He went above and beyond but was also very articulate with information, recommendation and great advice. Would highly recommend Terry to anyone who comes in.

Horrible dealership! They were more than happy for me to trade in my perfect condition car, for a car that failed within 2 weeks of owning it.I had been quoted an absurd amount of money to fix the car. I was told by mechanics that there is no point in fixing the car for the amount it's going to cost and to just purchase a new car.I have contacted the dealership and they told me because the car was 'older' they cannot do anything for me.When trading in my well looked after, reliable vehicle at a well-known dealership I expect to leave in a vehicle that is going to last more than 2 weeks.

This has to be the worst dealership I've dealt with. They kept my car and bullied me into keeping my deposit for 3 months. Then when collecting the car, it's failed on the drive home so when returning the car for repairs they've kept it for another 3 months. They've laughed at me and I've got the text messages from Rod to prove it. They thought it was all a big joke. They've gotten fines in my car and when I nominated them as they had the car at the time they've re-nominated for those fines to go back into my name even though I have proof of them having the car. These guys have been the most terrible experience and they don't care that they sell you a car that doesn't work. They have no interest in caring that car you purchased is for a service business. If you don't want a painful experience and don't want to be ripped off then I advise you stay away from these guys.

We had a great experience with our salesman Terry who was friendly and efficient. He was helpful as soon as we entered the car yard. I would certainly stress if you go there, to seek him out above the other staff. However we found Wayne to be fairly unpleasant and rather unprofessional considering his position. Lucky he isn’t a salesperson or they would be broke as he is rather off putting in general. The vehicle itself was a good $3000 overpriced, even by covid standards. But given the supply and demand, Carnet is quick to take advantage of a sellers market.Overall the experience was fine and Terry was great, hopefully the cars integrity holds, but it’s day 1 so can’t say if we bought a lemon or not.

I am utterly appalled by the deplorable actions of Carnet Western Sydney, which has left me with no choice but to share my experience. My encounter with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare due to their blatant tampering with my vehicle's odometer.Let me emphasize the gravity of this issue. Odometer tampering is an illegal and unethical practice that undermines the trust between a customer and a service provider. Unfortunately, Carnet Western Sydney shamelessly engaged in this deceitful act, attempting to manipulate the mileage on my vehicle. Such behavior is not only morally reprehensible but also a criminal offense.Upon discovering the tampering, I immediately confronted the staff at Carnet Western Sydney, demanding an explanation for their disgraceful actions. To my dismay, their response was utterly dismissive, as they refused to take any responsibility for their actions. Instead of addressing the issue and rectifying their wrongdoing, they attempted to shift the blame onto me, suggesting that I must have misunderstood or misremembered the original mileage. As a customer, I trusted Carnet Western Sydney to provide reliable and trustworthy services. Sadly, they have proven to be dishonest, lacking integrity, and willing to stoop to any level to make a quick buck. Odometer tampering not only compromises the value of a vehicle but also puts the safety of unsuspecting buyers at risk. It is both an illegal activity and a grave violation of consumer rights.I strongly urge potential customers to steer clear of Carnet Western Sydney. Their business practices are reprehensible, and they have demonstrated a complete disregard for the law and customer satisfaction. Trust is the cornerstone of any business relationship, and Carnet Western Sydney has shown that they are not worthy of that trust.

Great service from both Gerald who looked after me during the process of initially buying the car and then through to the end, as well as Rod who stepped in during the times Gerald was busy. Both where a huge help and worked hard enough that made buying a car feel really easy

(Wish I could give zero)If I could turn back time, I would definitely not step foot in Carnet Auctions. The whole experience has been a perfect storm of vehicle failure, terrible customer service, and utter disregard for consumer rights.I made the regrettable decision to buy a car from Carnet Auctions six months ago. In the first week, the car's gearbox started showing problems. Rather than enjoying the ride in my new vehicle, I've spent most of my time dealing with repairs and maintenance. The initial six months registration, which seemed like a fair period when I made the purchase, is now running out in four days. And guess where the car has spent most of that time? It's been at Carnet Auctions for repairs, not in my driveway!Adding to the fiasco, their attempt to repair the faulty gearbox only worsened the situation. Instead of fixing the problem, they compounded it, leading to more downtime for the vehicle and more stress for me.Customer service at Carnet Auctions is a myth. I've been subjected to constant belittlement by a member of their staff, Rod. So I escalated the issue to the branch manager, Morgan. Initially, he agreed to provide a refund, offering a ray of hope amidst this disaster. But when he tried to get approval from the Managing Director of Carnet, the response was nothing short of shocking. The MD retorted, I'm not paying for anything

Better than the other Used car sales lots. Sales person was honest and gave correct info I was after. Didn't pursued me to buy, but was cooperative with my questions
