The technician (Lawrence) turned up on time. He was very polite, courteous, tidy and skilled. Lawrence fixed our dishwasher and we are very happy with the result. Will definitely call them back if we need appliances fixed, highly recommended.

The staff memeber who took my call and the trades person who did the service of our wasing machine were both friendly, knowledgable and professional. The trades person was able to come to my property promptly and arrived within the allocated timeframe and did a great job. I would definately use this service again.

The dreaded error message flashed on the screen. I rang Daniel's Appliance Service as I had used them before. Vera was fantastic. She organised a repairman to come and see what was the matter and hopefully repair the machine on the spot. She advised that the person would arrive in between 2 hours. As the time grew closer, she rang again to say that the person was coming in a few minutes. Lawrence came and assessed the problem most professionally. It appeared to be the pump. He advised that the machine would have to go back to Daniel's and they would repair or replace the pump as needed and give the machine a thorough check to make sure all else was working properly. It turned out to be the sump pump. The machine came home and Lawrence reinstalled it to its proper place. I was delighted as Lawrence was very thorough in his investigation and very tidy about his work. I have just completed the second load of dishes and it is working beautifully.Many thanks to Vera, Lawrence and those who replaced the pump and did the final inspection. It is wonderful to have such professional service. Daniel's is certainly recommended for its work.

Excellent prompt communication from Vera and the technician, Jonathon was on time, friendly, knowledge and obliging. Would 100% recommend - they are one of the few companies that service Miele which was wonderful. All fixed and very happy!

Prompt response to my call. Vera, who answered my calls, was very efficient and helpful. Serviceman was available next day. I was advised half an hour before he came. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

I can highly and confidently recommend Daniel’s Appliance Services. The professionalism and expertise was evident from the inital contact. I liaised with Vera who was courteous and helpful throughout our interactions and arranged for Jonathon to come to see us. Jonathon promptly attended our house as we were encountering issues with our dishwasher and dryer, which had been left by the previous owners. As we hadn’t purchased the appliances ourselves, we had little working knowledge of them. This was not an issue for Jonathon who was able to quickly and astutely assess the problems as well as provide solutions and rectification. We will definitely be using Daniel’s again and have already recommended the service to family and friends.
