Really friendly team at Your Journey Therapy. They have continued to show me that my son's needs are a priority to them and he loves their sessions together

Had a terrible experience at this place first appointment canceled one hour prior, second appointment three days before hand and last appointment the therapist was a no show on our web video. Absolute waist of my time three times me and my husband took time off work to attend these appointments. I mean canceling once is ok twice is ok but a no show just not good enough. Especially when i confirmed with the therapist the day before. Nobody on the desk have any idea whats going on absolutely so unorganised. I would never recommend this place. Worst experience ever!

I highly recommend Your Journey Therapy. All of the staff I have had the pleasure to meet have all been so accommodating and knowledgeable.My son is almost four and sees Lianna for speech and will soon be undertaking OT at the centre due to his amazing progress with Lianna. My little one has built a great rapport with her and can’t wait to see her! In addition she takes the time to explain to the parent what she has gone through in the session so you can continue at home through the week. This has helped to consolidate Zac’s learning.He has certainly come along way in a relatively short time. I can’t thank them enough!

It was extremely difficult to get OT and Speech Therapy for my son, but I was very fortunate to have found a great team of specialist at hand without being in the waiting list. I would like to shout out a big thank you to Your Journey Therapy for your great therapy services for my son who is doing extremely well in OT especially.To dearest Elsa thank you very much for your valuable OT sessions and your great effort in providing photos and comprehensive OT session notes documented for every session. Your OT sessions are fun, well-structured and your friendly nature has always made my son looking forward to his next OT session. I would like to thank the team at Your Journey Therapy. From the time we walk into the reception to the time we leave. My 5 year old daughter visits every Thursday for Osteo and Speech. We feel apart of the team. Every visit is fun and exciting for her. The team at Your Journey Therapy have truely gone over and beyond with their outstanding services. Nothing ever too silly to ask. They are always friendly to speak too over the phone or in person. The business name really does tell my story in the sense of walking me with my daughters therapy needs. I’m truly blessed and grateful to have you walk with my journey with Sienna’s needs. As being a parent with a child with needs does take a toll.I highly recommend you consider Your Journey Therapy. The allied health team at your journey therapy are highly skilled, accommodating and supportive of individual learning needs and have gone above and beyond for our daughter to achieve the best learning outcomes. I made my first call to Your Journey Therapy to assist me with my child and the girls were absolutely fantastic. They assisted me with all my queries and were super knowledgeable and helpful with my first appointment. The feel of the clinic was welcoming, very modern and clean. Your journey therapy does not know what punctuality is. Especially Lianna, the creative director! They only put in effort for the first few sessions but once they build your trust, they do no shows to appointments and never apologise, but instead makes lousy excuses. 100% will NOT recommend. Invest your time else where. No wonder this place has no waitlist.
