A.M.R. Workshop
Bought a car off the head mechanic with apparently 30 years under his belt. Provided a rwc and all Didnt even do 800km and blew the motor. Engine like popped on after 200km. Took it back they apparently fixed it. Now wife is left without a car and was stranded with our 8 month old baby. Wouldn't even give them a push bike to service.

So good to find a great mechanic that I can trust. He has helped so much with my Prado that I had problems with it since I got it. He took great care of me and now it's running like a dream. Couldn't be happier.

My cars radiator failed on the way to work early Wednesday morning and Joe was able to fit me in to get it replaced. Dropped off at 10am and he was done by 2.30pm. Very happy they could help me out.

Be careful going here. I came here to get a roadworthy for a car with relatively low kms. I had been to a mechanic before them and had a RW done with zero issues less than 1000 kms ago so thought it should still be fine. They took a look at it and quoted me over $1500 on top of the RW fee as apparently just about everything needed replacing. I took it to a different mechanic a week later and was given a RW. Nothing needed replacing. Both my old and new mechanic told me they were taking me for a ride. Maybe because I’m a young girl they think they can get away with this. Shame on you.

After coming over from England I found it hard not to find a dodgy mechanic trying to rip me off, but Arthur and Joe have been straight up with me from the front, quoted the work got it done at a fair price and had no issues. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I felt that I was treated like a walk in off the street even though I have been going there for quite a few years . Joe was so worried about when he did the initial check on my car for rwc , it took me a while to get my car rwc , I was charged an extra $150 on top of the first $200, even thought he just gave me a list of what I needed to fix, no official paperwork or receipt. If he was so by the book, he should be giving a tax receipt for any work he did.

A.M.R were fantastic. My car had broken down in the Safeway car park. They remotely diagnosed the battery as the problem and lent me a battery on a trolly which I wheeled round to the car and it started They then installed a new battery and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful a great experience.
