Following 12 years of being extremely happy with my usual Pest Service I discovered that they had moved on so I needed to find a new provider that could maintain the same standard of professionalism and quality service. I did some research and following a handful of positive reviews via Google I called Ken & Tanya from Regional Pest Services and made an appointment. Ken arrived on time, was very polite and friendly, asked lots of targeted questions in order to get an accurate idea of what my expectations were and then went about his work with a great deal of care. Whilst I don't usually do Google reviews I thought that since it was the comments of other reviewers that lead me to selecting Regional Pest Services I should also add my own experience. I will definitely be using Regional Pest Service from now on.

Removal of dead rat in ceiling.I do not recommend Regional Pest Services. It took less than 15 minutes to remove the rat, he was already in my area and he charged $110 (includes GST).

Ken responded to my emergency call that same afternoon. He has been extremely helpful and in contact with me regarding progress and advise constantly. I would highly recommend this company.
