We have scheduled a site visit with Michael on Saturday between 8 and 9am. When I called at 8.45am to see if he was running late he has advised that he had mixed up two site visits and was I double bay. We agreed to postpone the meeting till 11am. He did not turn up, stopped answering my phone calls and did not respond to any of my messages. No one called me on Monday to re-schedule or apologies. It's not professional and very disappointing. They Got the job done and quickly. Problems started once they finished, they said certificates get provided once invoice is paid its been 7 months since its been paid with many excuses on delays and now my number is blocked and still no certificate.
