Always Prompt Electrical Service - Brisbane Wide
We had an overnight problem with our washing machine and a call to Always Prompt in the morning and we had an appointment booked for later in the morning. I received a phone call from Shanan advising that he was 5 minutes away, and that was an hour and half before we expected him! He arrived, took a look at the a washer, effected a repair and was all done in less than an hour. In total I think it was just on two hours from the initial phone call to a solution. I don't think you can ask more than that. I recommend Always Prompt Electrical Service. Thanks again, Michael D.

First time customer and was very pleased with the service when I called to enquire about my oven. Booking was efficient and quick, although I was lucky as I was contacted to advise the job could be completed on the same day! Great news as I had dinner guests coming that night! Thank you Matthew. Great service from both the admin team and Shanan who visited us.Although our fridge couldn’t be saved, Shanan tried everything and then gave us an honest opinion about next best steps. His help was greatly appreciated as was the help from Kelly in the Admin team who organised a visit even though they were fully booked. Highly recommended.

Shanan and Always Prompt were outstanding. Returned my website enquiry straight away, set an appointment and outlined the cost of repairs clearly to me.Shanan arrived at the agreed time and called me 20mins out to make sure. He was very professional and solved our dishwasher problem quickly and effectively.Outstanding service all round.

Received a quote for repairs and made a deposit for parts on 2/6/22 with the quote number. As of 6/7/22 had to contact their Admin to find out what the hold up was only to be told that the delay was caused by us as we had not sent a an email to say that we had made the payment so we have waited 34 days for nothing.
