I’ve been thinking about the feedback from the very first day I spoke to John. However, I decided to wait for a while to see how uptime webhosting will perform and if they are as good as they appeared to be. I have been with a few webhosting companies for the last 15 years and it was always great at the start but mostly downwards from then; hard to contact customer services, a long wait for any issues to solve, etc. Unfortunately, this pattern seems to become the norm nowadays; trying hardest to attract new customers but neglecting the existing ones.When I asked John a few concerns about moving my web hosting service at the first contact, John clearly explained what would happen in plain English without a sales pitch, which was a great relief.As expected, a couple of things came up while it was moving and after but as soon as I asked a help, it all fixed immediately. Substantially cheaper than my previous (10 years) host for at least equivalent facility and service response seems to be very quick and effective. Glad I changed since my old service had intermittent issues with my blog dropping out and very slow service response.Since I first reviewed UpTime I've arranged transfers for a couple of organisations for which I maintain websites on a voluntary basis. Each time the service has been extremely efficient and helpful at every step.

I am a newcomer to website building and have built a website for my local Kayak Club. During that process I have become stuck several times with technical issues and have needed help from my web host provider, UpTimeWebHosting. I have used their email support desk to resolve problems which were beyond my skill level. The responses have been from immediate to within hours, including on weekends, very impressive. I've been with Uptime for over 12 months now. The change over to uptime at the time was seamless and the web and email service hasn't missed a beat since then. Up till now I've had no need to contact Uptime support as it all just works. Recently I've been trialling home network devices and got lost trying to get device email notifications operating via my uptime email service. John at Uptime sorted this within minutes of me submitting a support ticket. Outstanding. In my experience service providers like this are few and far between. Thank you.
