In the beginning it was ok and my cards were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks as I informed from the beginning from the designer.Then the printer informed her that it will take a month. Now we are up to 2 months, hundreds of dollars lost, no cards, no responsibility whatsoever and she even lashed out on me because she couldn’t handle her own issue as a person and a professional ‘. She even asked me to call and ask them about the issues that occur and then she wanted me to pay again because of others people mistakes. NOT recommended

Design Ward was given a family history text. Geraldine Ward did all the layout of the text with appropriate fonts, enhanced photos and added them to the text, used her expertise to design a fantastic front and back cover and guided me through choice of colors, paper and suggested printing companies. Throughout the whole process she still made sure I had ownership of the project.I provided the words and Geraldine turned it into a book. If I were to write another book, I would definitely, without hesitation, approach Geraldine to work with me again. She was wonderful.
