So many places are reluctant to work on classic cars but these guys had no hesitation and really in the 12 years I have owned the car driving her home today she literally felt like new car. John turned out to be an absolute legend. I arrived with a faulty system and he spent almost an hour verifying it for which he did not charge me at all. Due to the fact that I fix most things on the car myself. I took it to my place and came back after a month to recharge the air conditioning. Finally, I can enjoy the cool air. Took my car for a service and to have the dpf looked at. They couldn't fix the dpf which is fine however when I took it to a diesel specialist 2 days later they called me not long after dropping it off to tell me that no service had been completed on my vehicle and I should contact FreezeBreeze. The oil had been overfilled and was also the incorrect oil used. Nothing in the log book had been completed, nothing signed to say it had even been serviced and they didn't even bother to reset the service light on the dash to try and cover up that they hadn't done anything. I also had a busted hose which wasn't picked up on and was literally really obvious as soon as you open the bonnet of the car. The diesel specialist was really concerned about the lack of workmanship on my car. When I contacted FB they denied it and would not refund me and were really defensive. I will be contacting consumer affairs about this matter. Extremely disappointing especially as I had referred so many people to them previously.

I have been using John for more than 4 years and always found him friendly approachable on pricing and a good businessman.I run a fleet of hire cars and will always come over to Freeze Breeze in the future.Highly recommended
