This pharmacy was extremely unprofessional and was the least bit helpful! It was very apparent that none of the pharmacy assistants are properly trained as they didn’t even know how to take in prescriptions correctly! I had to tell them how to to do their job! Not only were they rude with how to they speak to you but also don’t act like the health professionals they’re suppose to be! Not a single care was expressed towards their patients that are seeking medical advice. As someone who also works in a pharmacy I would be utterly disappointed if I ever saw my staff perform in this manner! Disgusting.

To the owner of this Priceline pharmacy in ascot I have read all the reviews on the Google search. Everybody has a complaint about your rudeness your arrogance the way you treat your customers.I have spoken with the health ombudsman and was told that you should do the right thing.I will never use your pharmacy again and I will put reviews up on Google and make sure my friends and family never use your pharmacy although I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there you shouldn’t even be in businessYou can’t treat your customers with respect or integrity you’re not even fit ethically, you shouldn’t even have a pharmacy.What are sorry, pitiful business you are

My partner went in for a medical certificate and the woman behind the counter (Jenny) grilled him for information about a ten year old injury, treated him like a misbehaving child. Absolutely weird and inappropriate behaviour, also the disbelief of my partners condition was borderline ableist. His own doctor would have told him to rest and get a medical certificate, as we did not want to pay 120 dollars for a pointless appointment that we’d already know the outcome of this seemed a quicker and easier route. Will not be back.

So this pharmacy dispensed all of my partners medication, over 10 scripts accidentally. And then tried to destroy any evidence of this. And ruining her repeats so now 6 months down the track my partner can no longer can her medication that she desperately needs to live a normal life. Absolutely disgusted in this pharmacy. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent.

The pharmacists at Priceline Ascot Village are remarkable. Over the past few years I’ve needed to start a number of new prescriptions and pharmacists have been helpful & generous with their time & advice. Since Toombul closed I know the queues of customers is lifted long but the team always take necessary time and attention to help us all understand the medications. Thank you

If I could give a zero star I would, this pharmacy has no respect for privacy or patient/customer care. Even when you make a complaint it does not get taken seriously and passed up to management as was promised or was not explained about how serious the situation was. Then having the the matter brushed off by the person involved as a miss-understanding.....

5/5 during the weekdays 1/5 on the weekends. Staff lack “active listening” as a skill - but that’s mostly due to being underpaid and overworked. Is what it is these days I guess…..
